My cure for STRESS

Salaams loves, So yes I am the biggest stress-or of all times and I think its because I come from a Family of OVER achievers and Alhamdulilah highly motivated succesful individuals PLUS I definitely got the competitive gene (what can I say, all I do is win win win no matter what lol) I'm playing as this is life I fall off the ladder too many times to count. The most loved By Allah swt ARE ALWAYS TESTED!!! So I can up with a list of ways to allow myself to not take these exams, life joys and blessings to seriously....


1) EXERCISE at least 2/3 times a week.
2) Listen to Quran for at least 30mins before you begin your day and 30 mins before you finish your day, A day without Allah is a day wasted..
3) Always give yourself and hour in the morning to REALLY slow it down and get dressed (some colour can always brighten your day)
4) BREAKFAST should be whatever...discipline requires treats, Tomorrow IS NOT PROMISED, so enjoy.
5) SMILE, even during the worst days FORCE  smile, you'll be surprised how quickly the negative energy will flee from your inner soul.
6) while studying, take breaks inbetween.
7) GIVE LOTS OF HUGS...I SWEAR they cure EVERYTHING.
8) Have a stress relief ALBUM....some good music too...take it back to the 80's
9) When it becomes overwhelming TAKE deep breaths
10) YOU can conquer the world...BELIEVE IT AND IT WILL HAPPEN

Don't deny yourself true LOVE

So many Women/Men famously walk around and disclaim the existence of love, It's become far to ordinary to not believe. I have repeatedly told many sisters and brothers within my social networks, that LOVE is a forever existing pulse and being part of a UMMAH which is the Islamic shell in which our fellow brothers and sisters are present in how can love not be ALIVE? when we pass each other with bright smiles and sweet greetings, when we ask of how ones family, friends are etc, I know you must be thinking that love and the "be with someone" type of love is different, I disagree if you believe in love between siblings and friends I ask you what will your mate be to you? you are naturally Muslim brother and sister right? and InshaAllah he or she will become your BEST FRIEND. So if anything you NOW understand why it is half of your deen. For you to be granted with what you deserve, you MUST let go of negative environment influences and views, be you own person, be in love with loving, with people, with children. Maybe you have been hurt before but everything that comes your way is to beneifit your inner growth, your suppose to grow and let go. Do not suppress bad feelings towards those that do wrong, make excuses for them and move from it...

The STRENGTH of Bismillah

Today I had the most vibrant and interesting conversation with some fellow muslims. Made me question DO WE PURIFY OUR ACTIONS. How often do we say Bismilah, Have we forgotton the power of starting everything with your right hand and feet and then Exercising our tongues to be righteous. We can make every act a step towards Allah, therefore Allah protects us throughout the day subhanAllah, I am now working on that. Lately I’ve been stressed, a little weak and unwell and this had me wondering have I purified my scenery, chased the bad energy away before I graced any place or anyone with my presence. Want for your brother/sister what you want for yourself…So please say Bismilah, MashaAllah, InshaAllah, Alhamdulilah! Read your duas, say salaam Alaikum even to an empty house or room…Walk by faith and not by sight.

May Allah Grant us Janah and Allow us to run towards him inshaAllah!!!!

Kabira One of the BIGGEST slums of Kenya!

Watching the people of the biggest slums in Kenya talk about faith, love and goals, they are in the midst of poverty, Aids, prostitution and they talk with light! Less negativity does alot even in the worst conditions subhanAllah! So whats stopping us achieving more than what we believe we can. The capacity of our life should amount to the capacity of our hearts! Not because I was born in Kenya, but because as humans, some-ones suffering and hardship should move us all, so we appreciate those people around us and what we've been blessed with even if within our community, what we have doesn't amount to much. Lets find comfort and stabilty in it.

Know Your WORTH campaign begins NOW…

Ladies & Gentlemen,

My better half and I were discussing the importance of a Woman’s worth. It is amazing that oftentimes, as humans we forget to take care and nurture our own seed in the process of grooming someone elses garden; this is especially the case with females. Yes ladies it is almost as crucial as breathing, LOVE YOUR SELF. You are by far worth that and more; allow your life to manifest through YOUR self-worth and serving Allah/God. Do NOT cheapen yourself from that crown that has been and WILL BE FOREVER within you. I get it, women are nurturers, masha’Allah it is our gift to the world but when it has no balance to our purpose, it can and does become a curse. When your "gift" becomes more valuable than the person giving it (i.e. YOU) NO human mind could possibly comprehend your worth. Loving someone is GLORIOUS and being open completely and without doubt is magical BUT when it affects your happiness. STOP! THINK! REGROUP WITH YOU in mind and start over…like I said we must be able to GIVE, GIVE, GIVE, GIVE AND GIVE ONCE MORE but AT LEAST two of those gives should be towards your lord; the other two are split between yourself and your mate while the last should be given to your family/the world. When we lose sight of the purpose of giving, which is to please Allah (swt) so you will find that generosity in paradise waiting for you BOTH, we become EXCESSIVE; a POISON that is disruptive to that loving growth we originally set out to nurture. Now there are some out there who will NEVER understand what we possess. This is because they don't see their own worth. Why hold onto someone who doesn't see you as priceless??? Move on. After all you're looking for ONE PERSON...ONE out of BILLIONS so its essential you find someone who compliments your own worth the way you, yourself have determined the value. Everything hangs off balance; allow him to understand that you LOVE yourself past your flaws and all so he may find a way to LOVE you better and vice versa…as my best friend put it..."No man will possibly see you as his queen if you treat yourself like his servant"
