My friends mother recently got married, may Allah swt bless her marriage inshaAllah. I wanted to share the outfit I wore to her Nikkah. I did ALL black with a COLOURFUL TWIST...

So I got the same plain top in 3 colours...really loved the fact that it wasn't fitted. I'm not into tight fitted tops especially because I wear Jeans, so I always get loose, long tops and Alhamdulilah they seem to be everywhere, some are dresses which I convert into tops lololol...A girls gotta do what shes gotta do in the cause modesty, am I right or am I right...lol PLUS I'm really a handbag, heels, and hijab STATEMENT type of girl...the top JUST has to be the right colour, right fit and look really effortless...and I got it from there on mashaAllah...so I haven't worn the coral version yet BUT I did do turquoise and a dusty brown...okay I'm rambling...HERE...WE...GO..

Confessions of a shopaholic PART 3

Salaams my love, I know I haven't been consistent with the fashion post, Last minute wedding prep is really consuming my time mashaAllah, InshaAllah all is well and will continue to flow beautifully. Allah is merciful LETS never forget. Okay okay back to the post YES I am obessessed with FLORAL hijabs right now! I have alot of really OUT THERE hijabs but this is my favourite for now...

My confessions of a shopaholic PART 2!

I LOVE POKA DOTS...And I've been dying to wear it, LITERALLY! So when I found it in HNM, I paired it WITH  a white blazer I received as a gift and a black maxi dress. Poka DOTS always remind me of pearls so I wore small pearls on my write and a BIG white ring! No necklace ( It would've been too much). Black heels that have  little gold bows in front to match the gold button on my blazer! My small black Aldo bag with some gold detail and that was it ladies. Great night, Lovely company and inshaAllah only more good things to come! Enjoy

If she didn't confirm the obvious, I'll state it one more time...MODESTY IS THE BEST FASHION POLICY...Kate looked amazing, elegant, flawless and she wore what I've always believed to be a brides best friend LACE!!!!!! Wohooo go Kate for getting it right and then the silk just took my breath away. The FABULOUS designer was of course Alexander McQueen I was really just waiting on that dress and her evening gown which was also designed by Alexander McQueen...Here are some pic's for you to enjoy..
